We are looking for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team at our new OASAS 822 Outpatient Clinic in Long Island City, Queens. Come be a part of this fresh, exciting opportunity!
The candidate will be responsible for providing psychiatric assessment and medication management to patients with co-occurring disorders.
The candidate will review medical/psychiatric referral paperwork and make suggested recommendations for follow up care.
The candidate will participate in treatment team case conferencing of treatment plans.
The schedule is for Four (4) hours per week, and is flexible.
Experience working with substance use disorders in any setting.
Knowledge of and experience working in an OASAS 822 Outpatient Program preferred.
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Addiction Medicine, DATA 2000 Buprenorphine waiver.
