We are looking for a Court Liaison for our Long Island City (Queens) location. The Court Liaison will provide administrative support through scheduling, reception, records maintenance, and general assistance.


  • Serves as Court Liaison for Phoenix House, LIC location.

  • Develops the techniques and procedures for and directs the activities of court outreach, recruitment and follow-up.

  • Coordinates referral efforts.

  • Works closely with management staff and members.

  • Prepares court paperwork for clients.

  • Coordinates outside agencies who will aid in outreach/referral process.

  • Attends staff meetings and participates in case conferences.


  • Two years prior experience in administrative or as a court liaison.


  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent writing skills.

  • Ability to plan and coordinate activities.

  • Verbal ability to express ideas and views effectively when speaking to groups, individuals, and professionals.

  • A preference for activities involving legal practices as well as an intensive desire to participate in the betterment of people in general.


  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
