  • Oversee the effective Clinical management duties and responsibilities

  • Intake process and initial Assessment/Interpretative Summary reviews, Treatment plan/clinical chart, Clinical record Audits and collateral clinical support.

  • Collaborate with the Program Coordinator to oversee Case Managers and Direct Care duties and responsibilities utilizing Staff Concerns when necessary.

  • Effectively and responsibly provide On-Call support, staff supervision and training

  • Provide Trauma Informed direction and (Individual/Group) clinical supervision to staff, volunteers, and interns according to the Phoenix House supervision protocol to promote consistency and quality of services.

  • Participate in the support and training of staff members to understand and cooperatively undertake actions to meet client’s(SNAP)Strengths,Needs,Abilities, andPreferences.

  • Manage support of Lead Case Manager’s role overseeing case manager’s development of patient screening, CIA’s, and Electronic Health Record intake, orientation, and assessment functions necessary to complete admission as required.

  • Review and sign patient treatment plans and assessments in a timely fashion.

  • Supervise and complete patient quarterly chart audits to comply with CARF and/or other state agency standards, using the Electronic Health Record and submit all Quality Improvement Record Review Corrections to the lead-Case Managers/ Program Coordinator.



  • Master’s Degree from an accredited institution or LADAC 1 with equivalent combination of knowledge and experience.


  • Minimum three (3) years related experience
