  • Answering

and routing incoming calls for the facility

  • Greet

and announce visitors and new admissions

  • Maintain

computerized and manual admission and discharge systems as directed.

  • Enter

and maintain data for all computer-based programs on a timely basis as


  • Prepare

process and file documents.

  • Insurance

verification for incoming clients

  • Attend

training as directed.

  • Perform

other duties as assigned



  • High

School degree required


  • Two

years of experience in administrative office work or any equivalent combination

of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform

the duties of the position.

  • Knowledge of recordkeeping andfiling methods

  • Knowledge of business English, spelling and arithmetic

  • Knowledge of office practices and procedures

  • Working

knowledge and/or skill in word processing, spread sheets and other computer


  • Knowledge

of rules and procedures of assigned department

  • Bi-lingual

and bi-cultural, English and Spanish


  • Typing accuracy

  • Proficiency in Welligent for tasks assigned.

  • Make accurate arithmetic computations

  • Ability to

work independently and exercise good judgment without direct supervision

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with

employees, other agencies and the public

  • Follow written and verbal instruction

  • Be

well organized
