ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform security and maintenance tasks as directed.
Complete required documentation and records.
Use Phoenix House systems, including Welligent Electronic Medical Record, effectively and appropriately when requested by supervisor.
Assist residents as needed; respond to residents’ crises and emergencies as needed.
Assist in daytime coverage as needed.
Provide other treatment services that support a therapeutic community such as morning meeting, medication monitoring, and monitoring of program activities and procedures.
Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and respect for clients in all interactions.
Maintain objectivity towards all clients and make decisions based on accurate information.
Demonstrate appropriate boundaries between self and clients.
Attend staff meetings, case conferences, and training, as required, to ensure continuum and quality of care.
Serve as a rolemodel through positive, appropriate conduct and participation in special agency events.
Project a good image to the public.
Maintain ADP files and complete E-learning requirements in a timely fashion.
Dress in a professional manner.
Work cooperatively with others and supervisors.
Demonstrate patience and consideration in dealing with others.
Demonstrate thoughtful decision-making.
Ensure client confidentiality in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
