  • Perform security and maintenance tasks as directed.

  • Complete required documentation and records.

  • Use Phoenix House systems, including Welligent Electronic Medical Record, effectively and appropriately when requested by supervisor.

  • Assist residents as needed; respond to residents’ crises and emergencies as needed.

  • Assist in daytime coverage as needed.

  • Provide other treatment services that support a therapeutic community such as morning meeting, medication monitoring, and monitoring of program activities and procedures.

  • Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and respect for clients in all interactions.

  • Maintain objectivity towards all clients and make decisions based on accurate information.

  • Demonstrate appropriate boundaries between self and clients.

  • Attend staff meetings, case conferences, and training, as required, to ensure continuum and quality of care.

  • Serve as a rolemodel through positive, appropriate conduct and participation in special agency events.

  • Project a good image to the public.

  • Maintain ADP files and complete E-learning requirements in a timely fashion.

  • Dress in a professional manner.

  • Work cooperatively with others and supervisors.

  • Demonstrate patience and consideration in dealing with others.

  • Demonstrate thoughtful decision-making.

  • Ensure client confidentiality in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
