RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • As shift lead, responsible for maintaining facility through leading the residential staff and the community structure and coordinates activities schedule

  • Shift lead is responsible for ensuring Therapeutic Community (TC) program compliance through regular facility checks and monitoring the environment

  • Coordinate shift turnover to ensure smooth transitions and dissemination of appropriate information to the next shift

  • Liaison for communication of clinical information between staff

REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Valid Florida driver’s license

EXPERIENCE:

• Experience working in a substance abuse treatment or mental health setting. Therapeutic Community experience preferred.

• Ability to work with a diverse criminal justice population.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Possess excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal relationship and time-management skills.

• Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office with internet capabilities.
