We are looking for an Executive Assistant
to support the efficient operations of the Executive Director's
- Manage the high volume of incoming and outgoing
- Review and process high volume of emails and written correspondence,
handling and routing as appropriate.
- Manage a busy calendar, setting up
- Manager travel arrangements and directions to various

Follow-up with direct reports (using Outlook) and

- At least 5 years executive administrative
experience in a high-volume environment.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail
and ability to prioritize.
