We are looking for an Executive Assistant

to support the efficient operations of the Executive Director's

office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the high volume of incoming and outgoing

telephone calls.

  • Review and process high volume of emails and written correspondence,

handling and routing as appropriate.

  • Manage a busy calendar, setting up

meetings/appointments.

  • Manager travel arrangements and directions to various

locations.

  • Manage the expense reporting.

  • Follow-up with direct reports (using Outlook) and

region employees.

  • Prepare materials for meetings.

EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 5 years executive administrative

experience in a high-volume environment.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail

and ability to prioritize.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

(written and verbal).

  • Can work under pressure, with tight

deadlines.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's

Degree
