We are looking for a Senior Counselor (Supervisor) for our Brentwood location. Must have 4 years’ experience in human services, able to work with psychiatric and substance abuse population.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide supervision to Mental Health CR, Case Managers and ensure coordination of services

  • Manages medication room.

  • Personal needs allowance for Residents.

  • Staff scheduling and vacations.

  • Transport residents and monitor recreational outings

  • Provide consistent open communication with Director of MHCR

EXPERIENCE:

  • Four years in Mental Health and/or Substance Abuse setting.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

  • Valid New York State Driver's License

EDUCATION:

  • CASAC

  • High School Diploma or GED
