We are looking for a Social Worker to provide group and individual counseling services for clients with mental health and substance related issues.
- To facilitate groups on a daily basis while maintaining a small caseload of individual clients and documenting in electronic health records in a timely fashion.
Group work and individual counseling services for clients with mental health and substance use challenges.
Organized, experienced with electronic health records.
Able to document clinical notes in a timely fashion.
Comfortable in group-work settings, creative and energetic.
- Licensed Clinician with an understanding of group practices, individual treatment, and use of electronic health record.
Licensed Mental Social Worker, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker, preferred
